Hello Everyone,
I'm so sorry but my Gmail was hacked along with my YouTube Channel. Im trying to figure out how I can get it back which is no easy task because there is no phone numbers for YouTube or Google support. It's a real mess and I'm devastated. Its 13 years of my YouTube channel and hundreds of video's. If anyone can help me in any way, if you know someone who works for Google or YouTube I can contact. Ive been through everything. I dont know what will happen. I'm thinking of getting a new channel, but not sure if I can. I lost faith in what this world has become. I'm just a average girl trying to share what I love and make a living. Please be patient and I will keep you updated here on my blog. Love and Miss you all my friends!

Hi Angie, I can't imagine what you're going through! I myself was devastated when I couldn't get your channel on you tube!! I will be praying for you ! I belive I left a message on your answering machine. Please don't give up!! I will wait for you what ever it takes! Thank you for all your inspiration and sharing, but most of all for caring!!! ReplyDeleteok, so there are a ton of youtube videos on recovering from hijacked accounts. i still want to find the one that another crafter had. i think it had some good info. still searching

She talks about all of what she went thru and how she recovered and how to prevent from happening again: Her youtube title was: I Got Hacked -- her name was Katie Vining It was posted 6mo ago. Good luck, I truly hope you are able to recover your videos, you had soooo many good ones. I wasn't able to use my google account name for some reason, but my name is Patsi Santillanes.
ReplyDeleteok, me again, you may have already done this, but i googled how to prevent your channel from getting hacked and it came up with a youtube help info. it was titled steps to secure acct. Also, there was a chat you could select if you suspect your channel has been hacked.
ReplyDeleteHi Angie. I am so sorry that this happened to you! This happened to Laurel Beard not too long ago. Check out her YT channel for what she did to recover her channel. There are two listings on YT for her channel; one is the new channel she created temporarily when her channel was hacked. That is where she has the videos about her experience and what she did to recover her channel. If that information is not enough, I am sure that she would be happy to help you if you reached out to her.
