Cow Tales Birthday Party Treat Holder

I'm sharing something other than a Holiday project today. It's a Birthday Treat Holder using the Over the Moon Stamp Set. This is one of my favorite New stamp sets from the Annual Catalog! When I saw the Cow Tales from the Dollar Tree, I thought how cute would that be to make a treat Holder using the Over The Moon set. So here you go!





These cows are so adorable. I guess living in  Texas has put a soft spot in my heart for these sweet creatures! 💗💗
